Free Delivery within Australia and New Zealand
When will I receive my order?
It takes us 2-5 working days to process your order, after which we will ship it to you.
You will also have to take into account the shipping time, which depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:
● USA: 3-4 business days
● Europe: 3-7 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive an email link when your order is sent.
Avoid thefts. If you are not home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you will be.
If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbours, contact us at askhere@mespepites.store with your order number.
If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to resend your product, but you will have to bear the costs.
Tip: Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Be sure to enter it correctly.

Return policy
Return and refund policy
We only offer refunds to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If this were your case, don't hesitate to contact us at ( askhere@mespepites.store ) within fourteen days from delivery time with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Can I exchange a product for a different size or colour?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure what size will fit you
better, check our size guides in the product descriptions.
It is not a typical case, but there can be an error in the labelling of a
product. If that's the case, contact us at [askhere@mespepites.store] within a week from the time of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
